Refund & Returns Policy

At Cilkyhair we take pride in providing premium Raw & Virgin Cambodian Hair, closures, frontals, bundles, and lace products. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we maintain strict quality control standards.

Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. All Sales Policy

Because we sell human hair extensions and cosmetic adhesives, ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless the item meets the criteria listed below.

We do not offer refunds for:
Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect length, texture, or product selected
Improper installation
Used or altered products


2. Returns & Exchanges (Hair Products)

We accept returns or exchanges ONLY if:
The item is unused, unwashed, unaltered
The hair has NOT been installed, brushed, combed, cut, dyed, or manipulated
The zip ties, packaging, and tags remain intact
You contact us within 48 hours of delivery

To Start a Return:
1. Email us
2. Include your order number
3. Include clear photos of the product in original packaging

If approved, the item must be shipped back within 3 business days.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Once received and inspected, we will issue:
An exchange
OR
Store credit (if eligible)


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are ONLY issued if:
You received the wrong item
Your product arrived defective or damaged
The item is out of stock after purchase

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Lace Glue, Remover, Melting Spray & Wax Policy

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, the following items are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE once shipped:
Lace Glue
Lace Remover
Melting Spray
Wax Sticks

If your item arrives damaged or leaking, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.


5. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellations are not allowed.


6. Shipping & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.
If a package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


7. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. By purchasing from us, you agree to our terms. Any disputes filed without contacting us first may result in being permanently banned from future purchases.


8. Product Care Disclaimer

Raw & Virgin Cambodian hair requires proper maintenance. We are not responsible for issues resulting from:
Lack of care
Excessive heat damage
Chemical processing
Improper installation

We recommend professional installation.
